I’m passionate about literature, aesthetics, culture, and multimedia. I’m a bit of a Jack of all trades, an autodidact, and I’m pretty sure I’m some flavor of neurodivergent. I do a bunch of things, among which critical writing, taking photos, and editing images and videos. I studied English, history, and gender studies at the University of Geneva, and I have a Master’s degree in English language and literature, which makes me a Master of Arts (sounds fancy, right?).

I’m a research and teaching assistant in American literature at the English department of the University of Geneva, and I’m doing a PhD, working on a thesis titled “The Poetics and Politics of Environmental Attunement in Transatlantic Romanticisms (1800-1860).” To find out more about my academic work, check out my page on the English department website.
