I’m passionate about literature, aesthetics, culture, and multimedia. I’m a bit of a Jack of all trades, an autodidact, and I’m pretty sure I have some form of ADHD. I do a bunch of things, among which critical writing, editing and translating texts, taking photos, editing images, and making some music. I studied English, history, and gender studies at the University of Geneva, and I have a Master’s degree in English language and literature, which makes me a Master of Arts (sounds fancy, right?). I plan to do a PhD in the fields of literature and aesthetics as soon as possible.
I’m a researcher and teacher of American literature at the English department of the University of Geneva. I’ve also worked as an English composition teacher, an academic essay writing tutor, as an assistant web editor, as a communications manager, and as a freelance editor and translator.
Literature, the arts, environmental aesthetics, and love are what I live for, what help heal me, and what inspire most of my creations - which I hope will, in turn, inspire you, even if just a little bit.
